How to Redeem/Use
- Once your order is processed, you will receive an email from Xoxoday containing a link to access your digital card.
- Click on the link and on the first screen, search for the country you have purchased the card for. In the list of available cards. Select the “Virtual Visa” option.
- On the next step, please enter your valid email ID, name, and address details. Then, click on the “Activate your card” tab to gain access to your Visa card.
- Congratulations! Your card is now activated. Follow the instructions on the email you will receive from the issuer.
- After activation, you can set up transactional alerts through email and SMS.
- You will receive a verification email directly from the card issuer. Simply click on the provided link to access your card.
- Please note that if you plan to redistribute this card, ensure that you use the end user’s email address when purchasing from Xoxoday. Activation and support will only be available for the card associated with the end user’s email.
- Once you have utilized the reward, you will no longer be able to access the card. If you wish to view the transaction history, click on the original reward link sent by Xoxoday. Follow the steps to generate a new URL and regain access to the card. This security feature is implemented by the issuer to prevent fraudulent logins to your reward URL.
- If you have any queries after activating the card, please reach out to the issuer directly on the reward page (Virtual Visa card page)
- This card cannot be redeemed in India and USA. Check the list of redeemable countries below

Terms and Conditions
1. This card can only be issued for employee rewards / channel incentives / consumer campaigns / Loyalty programs.
2. This card cannot be issued for Facebook advertising payments, Cannot be procured for Business related payments, or any program that is not part of a reward / incentive use case.
3. Transactions with the following merchants are prohibited:
Money transfers
Firearm-related businesses
Outbound telemarketing
Tobacco businesses
Marijuana-related businesses
Money services from non-financial institutions (including cryptocurrency)
Securities brokers/dealers
Dating services
Massage parlors
Government-owned lotteries
Government-licensed online casinos, online gambling
Government-licensed horse/dog racing
Betting, including lottery tickets, casino gaming chips, off-track betting, and wagers at race tracks
4. Prepaid Virtual Visa International USD card cannot be added in wallets like apple pay or google pay.
5. The card issuer does not charge any currency conversion costs, but in some regions, it’s possible that a merchant where the card would be swiped could charge a fee if the USD Virtual Visa International card is used to make a purchase in a non-USD currency.
6. This card can be partially redeemed for individual transactions. This card can be used for online transactions, where visa is accepted.
